How do you bill me? Do you keep my payment details on file?

We bill our customers either monthly or annually and payment can be made via major credit card or invoice.

MA does not keep your credit card details on our server, but they are stored securely by our payment gateway provider. This is to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services at the beginning of each month or anniversary date. Read our master service agreement for more details.

We never give out any customer information without your consent to any 3rd party in accordance with our privacy policy.

What happens to my data if I stop using MA CMMS altogether?

Not to worry. Your data is your data. If you ever decide to stop using MA Cloud, whether it’s in 6 months or 6 years, you can download your entire database in a standard .db file format.

Is my CMMS data safe?

100%. We employ 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

MA Cloud systems are run on Amazon’s EC2 service, one of the industry’s largest and most popular. All data is securely stored to the highest industry standards and backed-up regularly.
