Today we are pleased to announce that we have released a really quick way for you to create a link to your CMMS from your homepage. You can use the link to direct your staff (or your building tennants) when they want to request maintenance. Why would you want to do this? Here is another blog telling you why it will save you time an energy as a maintenance planner.
Simply open up the information dialog from your CMMS login page (highlighed in red in the picture below) and copy your personalised html code (not shown – because it is personalized for your CMMS).
Then paste the personalized html code into your intranet or corporate homepage.
You will get a button in your internet site or web homepage that will look like this:

Note: if you are not sure how to put a link into your homepage, your IT professional or webmaster is the best person to ask, they will have ability to make changes to the webpage. If they need convincing, tell them that a fully functional CMMS can save up to 20% of maintenance costs.
