CMMS Purchase Order Template Preview
Over the last few days, Maintenance Assistant President (and application programmer) Daryl has been finalizing the look and feel of the purchase order template created by the Maintenance Assistant CMMS purchase order module. Daryl is pleased to show you an example of what the purchase order template will look like.
Automatically generated content – easily modifiable
By default, your company’s logo will appear at the top of your Purchase Orders. Then, details of your company and details about the purchase order will appear for the information of the supplier.
A QR code for the purchase order is available and will be able to be read using a tablet device to make receiving the goods, when they are delivered, easy.
Details about the supplier, shipping address and billing address are next to appear. These are able to be set in the purchase order module and can be changed for each new purchase order.
Part numbers, description, quantity, unit price and cost are all automatically populated using data from your CMMS or a received quotation. But these can be modified if needed.
The terms and conditions can be set for each Purchase Order or pre-populated from your default settings.

When will the purchase order template be available?
The purchase order template module will be rolling out into BETA release in the next couple of weeks, and then into production when that has been successful.
