Just over three years ago, we released MA Free CMMS 2.1.7. Today, we're announcing a major update to this product, MA CMMS version 4 with a wealth of new features and connectivity options.
The migration to our new v4 platform involves shutting down our v2 servers, which will happen on August 31, 2012. This will end work order notifications and system alerts for existing MA Free CMMS versions 2.1.x and earlier. To keep this functionality you'll need to migrate to our v4 cloud-hosted platform or upgrade to our standalone MA Lite v2.2 solution. If this isn't important to you then do nothing and keep using your MA Free CMMS v2.1 for free.
We're also transitioning MA Free CMMS from being a free tool with limited support, to our new and powerful subscription-based MA CMMS version 4 - a beautiful and popular CMMS application for businesses big and small around the globe.
Changing our business model was not an easy decision, and we're thrilled that so many of you have already decided to make the switch.
